Website services terms
These terms cover the websites we design, build, host and maintain for businesses. "We" means Ohad Fisher, a licensed dealer (osek murshe) in Herzliya, Israel, trading as Growth Radar. "You" means the business that accepts our quote. Questions: outreach@growthradar.app.

1.Who these terms are for
This service is for businesses. By accepting a quote you confirm that you are ordering for a business, not as a private consumer.
If the law of your country gives you a right that a contract cannot take away, these terms do not take it away.
2.What is included
The package covers design and build of up to 6 pages, built for phones first (tap-to-call, WhatsApp button, map and opening hours); light editing and organising of the texts and photos you send; Google and Bing setup (Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, sitemap, structured data and a tidy-up of your Google Business Profile); Growth Radar analytics; connecting your domain with https; 2 revision rounds before launch; and the first 12 months of hosting and maintenance described in section 10.
Not included unless the quote says so: an online store or payments, custom booking systems, paid ads, photography, logo design, more than 6 pages, other languages, and writing pages from scratch. A new domain is charged at cost and registered in your name.
Extras are charged at the rates in your quote. Today they are: an extra page 450 ₪ / $150 / £120; writing a page from scratch 300 ₪ / $100 / £80; a second language version 1,500 ₪ / $450 / £360; connecting an existing booking system or chat widget 750 ₪ / $250 / £200; and other work 250 ₪ / $75 / £60 an hour. We tell you the price before any extra starts, and start only after you agree in writing (email is fine).
3.Price and payment
The price is in your quote. 50% is paid to start (the deposit) and 50% at launch. We connect the site to your domain once the second payment arrives.
In Israel, prices exclude VAT, which is added at the legal rate, and we issue a tax invoice. You can pay by bank transfer, Bit or card. Outside Israel, card payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, which sells as the merchant of record under its own terms and adds any sales tax it has to collect at checkout.
Invoices are due within 14 days. If a payment is more than 14 days late, we may pause work, and after a further 14 days' written notice we may pause hosting and updates until it is paid. In Israel, late amounts may carry interest and linkage as Israeli law allows.
4.Timeline
Launch is usually about 2 weeks after we have both your content (texts, photos, logo and the details we ask for) and the deposit. The clock starts when the last of those arrives.
Time we spend waiting for you, for content, answers or approvals, pauses the clock. If we wait more than 30 days, we may schedule the rest of the work around other projects.
5.Revisions
Before launch you get 2 rounds of changes. A round is one list of changes you send together. After the second round, more changes are charged at the hourly rate.
Changes that add pages or features, or change what the quote covers, are extras under section 2.
6.Your content
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every text, photo, logo, trademark and other material you give us, and that using it on your site breaks no law and no one else's rights.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what the site says about your business, such as prices, licences, qualifications and claims. You will cover our reasonable costs and any damages if someone makes a claim against us because of material you supplied or asked us to publish.
7.AI-generated and stock images
Where we use AI-generated or stock images, we tell you which ones. Stock images are used under their licence. AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright, so others may use similar images.
On request we replace any of them with your own photos or other images: free before launch, and after launch as part of the monthly update time.
8.Ownership and portfolio
When you have paid in full, the site we made for you (its design, the pages and the content we wrote) is yours. Until then we give you a licence to view and review it only.
General tools and code we use across projects, open-source software and the Growth Radar tracker stay with their owners. You get a permanent licence to use them as part of your site. Your domain is always registered in your name.
We may show the finished site, with your name, in our portfolio and marketing. If you would rather we did not, tell us at any time and we will remove it.
9.Preview and concept sites
We sometimes build a preview of a new homepage for a business before being asked. A preview is free and creates no obligation for anyone. It is marked as a concept, hidden from search engines, and removed 14 days after we send it.
Your name, logo, photos and other marks appear in a preview only to show you the concept. We do not sell the preview or use your material for anything else. If you ask us to remove it, we take it down as soon as we see your request, and within one business day at the latest.
10.Hosting and maintenance
The first 12 months after launch are included. After that the plan is 149 ₪ + VAT / $49 / £39 a month, and it renews monthly until cancelled. It covers hosting, daily backups, a monthly report and up to 30 minutes of small updates a month (text, hours, prices, photos, a new service). Unused minutes do not roll over. More work is charged at the hourly rate.
Sites are hosted with a third-party provider (today Vercel). We do not guarantee uptime beyond what that provider offers. Backups are made on a best-effort basis, so keep your own copies of anything important.
We may change the monthly price or the hosting provider with at least 60 days' written notice. A change of provider will not make the service worse for you.
11.Cancellation and ending the service
You can cancel the monthly plan at any time with 30 days' notice. There is no exit fee.
When the service ends for any reason, we send you all the site's files for free and either help move the site to your own hosting or keep it live for 30 days while you arrange it.
You can cancel a project before launch at any time. The deposit is refunded in full if design work has not started. Once design work has started the deposit is not refundable, and it counts as full payment for the work done so far, which we then hand over to you.
Either of us can end the agreement on written notice if the other seriously breaks it and does not fix it within 14 days. We may take content down straight away if it is unlawful or a third party credibly says it infringes their rights.
12.No guaranteed results
We build sites so that they are fast, clear and easy for search engines and AI assistants to read, but we cannot guarantee rankings on Google or Bing, traffic, calls, mentions in AI search or revenue. Search engines and AI providers decide those themselves.
Analytics, speed scores and visibility figures in our reports are estimates from the data available to us and can differ from other tools.
13.Third-party services
Your domain registrar, Google, Bing, the hosting provider, LemonSqueezy, WhatsApp, map and booking providers and other outside services are governed by their own terms and prices. We are not responsible for their outages, changes or decisions. Where possible, accounts are opened in your name.
14.Limitation of liability
Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost business or lost data.
Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud, or, in the UK, for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
15.Data protection
For the personal data of your site's visitors, you are the controller and we are your processor. We process it only to provide the service and on your documented instructions, which these terms are.
Our analytics on your site sets no cookies and does not store visitors' IP addresses. It keeps a random visitor ID and a session ID in the browser's local storage, and records the pages viewed, the referring site, country and region, device, browser and screen size. Visit data is kept for 12 months by default. Messages sent through a contact form on your site are forwarded to you.
We keep the data confidential, limit access to the people who run the service, protect it with reasonable security measures, and tell you without undue delay if we learn of a breach affecting it. Our sub-processors are Vercel (hosting), Neon (database, in Frankfurt, EU) and Railway (supporting services). We tell you before adding or replacing one, and you may object.
We help you answer visitors' requests to see or delete their data, and when the service ends we delete or return the data within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.
This clause is meant to meet the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981 and its data security regulations and, for UK clients, the UK GDPR (article 28) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Data moves between the UK or EU and Israel under adequacy decisions, and to providers elsewhere under their standard transfer safeguards.
16.Your legal duties for your site
You are responsible for your site meeting the rules that apply to your business, including: accessibility, for example the Israeli accessibility regulations for services (2013) and Israeli Standard 5568 where they apply to you, or the equivalent rules in the US and the UK; a privacy policy and, where needed, consent for analytics storage; and the advertising rules of your profession, such as those for lawyers and doctors.
We build to good accessibility and privacy practice and can help with any of these on request, at the hourly rate, but we do not certify that your site complies.
17.Changes, law and courts
We may update these terms. The version in force when you accept a quote applies to that project. For the monthly plan, we email you at least 30 days before a change takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
These terms are governed by the law of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction. This applies to clients in the US and the UK too, unless we agree something else in writing.
18.The whole agreement
Your accepted quote and these terms are the whole agreement between us. If they conflict, the quote wins. Other changes count only if we both agree in writing; email is fine.
If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Notices go by email, to outreach@growthradar.app and to the address you gave us.
